BE The Change Recap Video
While serving as the Social Media and Marketing Chair for the Beta Epsilon Chapter, I helped organize and promote a community service event in partnership with the women of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Together, we encouraged students, faculty, and community members to donate groceries and non-perishable food items to support those in need. In addition to collecting donations, the event focused on educating attendees about the voting process, the importance of civic engagement, and the many ways individuals can make their voices heard through local, state, and national elections. This initiative combined community service with voter education, inspiring participants to give back while recognizing the impact they can have by staying informed and actively participating in the democratic process.
BE and APHI Saturday School Recap
While serving as the Social Media and Marketing Chair for the Beta Epsilon Chapter, I collaborated with the women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. to promote and support a Saturday School initiative focused on youth development and academic success. The program provided a welcoming environment where students participated in educational activities, mentorship, and interactive lessons designed to encourage learning both inside and outside the classroom. Through strategic marketing and event promotion, I helped increase awareness and participation while capturing the impact of the program through engaging visual content. This experience allowed me to combine creative storytelling with community engagement, highlighting the importance of mentorship, education, and investing in the next generation.
The Fall Of Tour Recap
I was able to attend my favorite artist J. Cole's The Fall Off Tour stop in Charlotte, North Carolina, I had the opportunity to capture the energy and excitement of one of the year's most anticipated concerts. Working in a fast-paced environment, I created this recap video that highlighted the atmosphere, fan interactions, and unforgettable live performances. This experience strengthened my ability to tell compelling visual stories under tight deadlines while producing high-quality content that reflected the excitement and impact of a major live event. It also allowed me to expand my skills in event coverage, content creation, and real-time social media storytelling.
